Brussels, 2 September 2014 | Europex believes that precise and exhaustive guidance on the requirements for reporting entities is indispensable for prompt and efficient launch of the reporting obligation in the wholesale energy market. Regarding the requirements for the registration of Registered Reporting Mechanism (RRM), Europex generally agrees with the technical and organisational requirements RRM needs to fulfil. However, there are doubts about the effectiveness to produce an annual report concerning compliance with the requirements.
