General Assembly

The Europex General Assembly consists of the CEOs or the company’s equivalent position of all 33 members. All full members have voting rights and elect the Chairperson, the other Board members and the Heads of the Working Groups. In addition, the General Assembly is responsible for approving the annual accounts, the annual budget, the long-term strategy of the Association and approving new members, among other powers.
